About this room
Boutique Hotel Marta 8 offers four Double Rooms Ensuite: all are situated on the ground floor of
the house. Names have been given after our beloved guests, who have either been writing books here, composing or being Estonian famous philosophers. The Writer’s Room, Musician’s Room, Philosopher’s Room, and Tea Room have undergone a recent refurbishment, collaborating with Estonian designers to give each space its own distinct character. We have used unique wallpapers and motifs for curtains, custom-made for our hotel.
We are happy to serve plant based breakfast with locally sourced bread from a nearby bakery, adding a touch of authenticity to your stay.

Boutique Hotel Marta 8 is proudly holding the title of the first vegan hotel in the Baltics and the only vegan concept hotel in Tallinn. Guests can pre-order healthy plant-based breakfast on request. Our specialty is an exclusive plant-based “Five o’ Clock Tea,” served either in the comfort of your room or on our garden terrace.
Housed in a unique 1901 Estonian traditional building, close to the Old Town of Tallinn, our hotel harmoniously combines authenticity with modern comfort. Recently refurbished in collaboration with local designers, our rooms, each with its own unique story, offer a stay filled with character and charm.

Hotel Marta 8 resides in a traditional Estonian wooden house built in 1901 and opened doors as an eco-guesthouse in 2011. Recently refurbished in collaboration with local designers, our rooms, each with its own unique story, promise a stay filled with character and charm.
